In Memory of Mother

This is the photograph of a candle lit in memory of Nirala Kalita at an overnight walk for cancer warriors and survivors held at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She was the wife of Benudhar Kalita of Nagaon. She was the mother of Lakheswar Kalita of Arunachal, Jugal Kalita of Colorado, Jukti Kalita of New Jersey, and Hiranya Kalita of Nagaon. Her three daughter-inlaws are Kunu Kalita of Arunachal, Bonmayuri Kalita of Colorado and Suravi Kalita of New Jersey.
